Mobile-first

Responsive rebuild of the whole site

Lower bounce

Trust restored for high-intent visitors

The problem

A luxury salon with an outdated website

Hifsa Khan is a top-tier luxury salon in Pakistan, but its website was hurting its credibility. It was outdated, not responsive, and had a frustrating flow with unclear calls to action. High-intent visitors expected a premium experience and left without booking.

The solution

A mobile-first site that feels like the salon

I redesigned a high-end, mobile-first website that mirrors the luxury of the physical space: elegant typography, a refined colour palette and a frictionless booking flow with well-placed calls to action.

I worked closely with the developers so the live build matched the premium standard of the design.

Key learnings

Aesthetics are trust signals

Visuals as trust markers

Aesthetics are not decoration. A digital identity that does not match the brand breaks trust instantly and shows up directly in the bounce rate.

Developer handoff

Working in an agency taught me to explain design decisions to developers so complex layouts work flawlessly in production.

The impact

+35% weekly booking inquiries

The redesign aligned the website with the salon’s premium brand. By fixing the broken flow and building visual trust, the site became a reliable lead generator: the bounce rate dropped and weekly booking inquiries rose by 35%.
